{Don't forget to enter my Custom Phone Case Giveaway from Rutherford Papers!}
My favorite fall/winter staple is a toss up between scarves and riding boots. But today, I'm gonna feature riding boots due to my desperate search for the perfect pair. (And also because I have enough scarves to keep every homeless person in New York City's neck warm.)
The perfect pair of riding boots are so hard to find because you have to pick the absolute perfect pair. They can't be too high or too low, and they have to look just right with your favorite pair of jeans. Some are way too tight on your calves and some are too loose and look super awkward - exhausting. In my search for the perfect pair, I came across some that were amazing (and amazingly expensive) and some that are basically steals.
If you're going for high quality and a pair of boots you can wear 5 years from now, maybe it's worth the splurge for a gorgeous pair from Tory Burch. If you're a poor college student like myself, maybe you should stick with the steals..... or maybe pair from GoodWill if you're eating Ramen Noodles every night.
Splurge
1. Frye - $668
2. Wallis - $122
3. Tory Burch - $495
4. TopShop - $180
Steal
5. Target - $60
6. Tian Buckle Trim - $80
7. American Eagle - $80
8. Tilly's - $45
